Get ready to test your baloobiuses and put on your Weebabeast costume, because the Fraggles are celebrating Halloween this October!
Archaia Comics will be releasing the Fraggle Rock Halloween Special, a 16-page mini comic (5 ¼” x 8 ¼”) just in time for trick or treating. And the best part? It’ll be completely and utterly free. [CORRECTION: The comics will not be free as previously advertised. See below for more info.**] Just like most things in Fraggle Rock, I’d imagine.
The story in question is called “Monsters from Outer Space!”, written by Heather Nuhfer and Katie Strickland (with story by Mel Caylo) and illustrated by Jake Myler. And no Fraggle comic would be complete without an activity page by Katie Cook! Including this one. Which has one of those things.
While we don’t have a confirmed release date yet, we expect the comic to be available close to October 26. Keep an eye on ToughPigs.com for more info about this comic book as we get it!
**While it seems that Archaia’s original intent was to make the comic book free, it is instead being sold as a bundle of 20 for just $5. Why so cheap? So you can buy a whole bunch of them and hand them out to your trick-or-treaters! Visit Archaia’s website for more info.
