For decades, one episode of Sesame Street has eluded fans. It aired only once, scared a bunch of kids, and went straight back into the vault. Not-so-commonly known as episode #847, better known as the Wicked Witch episode.
As all things must eventually, the entire episode has leaked online for all to see. You can head over to Reddit right now to watch Margaret Hamilton reprise her role as the Wicked Witch from The Wizard of Oz, and terrorize Big Bird and his pals on Sesame Street.
Of course, we are obligated to remind you that we revealed as many details as we were able about this episode back in January, 2020. At the time, this was the only information publicly available, and we were proud to provide it for all of you. Although the article is now mostly moot (unless you’d rather read about the episode than watch it), we hope you appreciated the service we provided for the fanbase.
And of course, we don’t condone the “leaking” of the episode when Sesame Workshop seems to have made it clear that they don’t want the episode out in the open. But hey, what’s done is done. Now let’s watch that Witch and see if it’s as spooky as its reputation demands!
