Elmo has been popping up here and there lately to promote the new cookbook Sesame Street: Let’s Cook! Last night, Chef Elmo dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and showed Jimmy Fallon, Questlove, and guest Jason Schwartzman a few recipes from the book, including smoothies, “waffle grilled cheese,” and “Sloppy Oscars.” Sloppy Oscars! Who could imagine such a thing? Elmo, apparently. Take a look:
