The Muppets, who most definitely have talent, will be returning to America’s Got Talent next week! Nick Cannon dropped that bomb in the latest episode (which you can watch here, and he mentions the Muppets just after the final commercial break), although he says “next week” and not a specific date. So it likely means the next episode, which airs on Tuesday, September 9th, or it could mean a week from the announcement, which would be the results show on Wednesday, September 10th. We’ll update you guys once we know for sure.

In any case, this will be the Muppets’ third appearance on America’s Got Talent, following Kermit’s duet with ventriloquist Terry Fator in 2007 and non-Kermit and Piggy’s appearance in 2009.
And as always, we’ll be sure to provide you with the video after their appearance, just in case you can’t be bothered to watch on regular TV.
So be sure to keep an eye out for the Muppets on either September 9th or 10th on NBC! Check your local listings, people!
