Traveling Jim Henson Exhibition Is Now Open in Seattle

New Yorkers still have to wait until July for the permanent Jim Henson Exhibition to open at the Museum of the Moving Image.  But those in the Seattle area can head over to the Museum of Pop Culture (aka MoPop) and check out the Jim Henson: Imagination Unlimited exhibition RIGHT NOW!  Or, if you don’t live in Seattle or New York, you can book a plane ticket to Seattle now, and a plane ticket to New York later.

The Seattle exhibition was organized by the Museum of the Moving Image people, and it features puppets, sketches, scripts, and various other artifacts, as well as some interactive elements including a “life-sized puppet theater.”  You can learn more at the museum’s website.
