Frank Oz has achieved so much in his lifetime, so it seems like a no-brainer for him to receive yet another Lifetime Achievement Award!
This Thursday, July 26, Frank will be honored at the Saturn Awards, which is presented by The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror Films. He’s primarily being honored for his work as Yoda in the Star Wars franchise, but since this is a “lifetime” award, we’re going to go ahead and assume that it’s mostly for his work with the Muppets, because we can do that. I mean, who’s gonna say we’re wrong?
Congrats to Frank Oz; and great choice, Saturn Awards!
