The new Muppet Babies series has given us a lot of new-old characters. The return of Skeeter, baby versions of Sweetums and the Swedish Chef, and more. Now the show seems to be getting into more new-new characters, starting with Fozzie’s sister Rozzie.
Rozzie is adopted, which explains the visual difference between her and Fozzie. It’s nice to see that she’s not just a miniature clone of her brother (ala Fozzie’s mom and cousin), which could help allow her to exist as a character who isn’t completely defined by her relationship to Fozzie.
Rozzie will debut in the episode “Rizzo’s Big Bruddah School” on January 4th on Disney Junior, and she’ll be voiced by Charlie Townsend.
