Kermit’s got one. Jim Henson’s got one. Big Bird’s got one. Bernie Brillstein’s got one. Both Miss Piggy and Baby Piggy has one (but to be fair, one is “portable” and the other is animated). No, not a summons to appear in court for that Gonzo vs. The State of Missouri case. They all have stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And now all of the Muppets are being represented with a star of their own!
I was kinda hoping for one really big star to make room for all of the Muppet characters from throughout the years. Or one star per character. But no, they’re getting one normal-sized star for everyone to share.
There’s no word yet on when their ceremony will be, but once we hear any new details, we’ll be sure to pass them along!
Congrats to the Muppets for getting their very own star! I look forward to walking over it someday!
