Sesame Street‘s latest project is perfect for all those preschool kids who loved the Pacific Rim movies. The upcoming animated series Mecha Builders transforms Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Abby Cadabby into giant (and sometimes small) robots. Why? I’m sure there’s a very good explanation.
You can watch the teaser trailer below, which features neither puppets nor a Godzilla for them to fight.
Mecha Builders will debut on Cartoon Network on May 9th.
