Kermit the Frog is Your Banjo Museum Tour Guide

Kermit the Frog is probably among the top three or four most famous amphibious banjo players in the world.  So it’s not entirely surprising that the American Banjo Museum in Oklahoma City would give him a sweet gig as a tour guide.

Kermit is joining local TV personality Lucas Ross (who also happens to be a professional banjo player, a huge Muppet fanatic, and a pal of the ToughPigs team) for a video all about the history of the banjo, sing-alongs, and tutorials for attendees of the tour.

Of course, Kermit himself is on display under glass at the museum, as well as a banjo signed by dozens of Muppet Show guest stars.

So the next time you’re in Oklahoma City, be sure to check out the American Banjo Museum and see Kermit the Frog pluck along through the history of his favorite bluegrass instrument!
