Oh yes!  Funko, one of our favorite Muppet licensees, has nabbed the Sesame Street property as well.  That’s right, Funko will be selling beady-eyed Sesame Street figures, starting with that handsome gentleman above.

The Super Grover figure will be available this weekend at New York Comic Con at the Toy Tokyo booth for $15 a “Pop!” (lolz).  But if you’re not going to NYCC, don’t worry, there will be much more available to everyone in 2015.

Other characters in the series will include Bert, Ernie, Big Bird, Oscar, The Count, Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Grover.  I, for one, can’t wait to see how they handle Cookie Monster’s google-eyes when they’re supposed to look all dark and empty like Grover up there.

We’ll bring more information to you direct from Comic Con if there’s anything new to report.  And as always, we’ll deliver images of the other characters, as well as our reviews, once we have them.
