Spending summer indoors isn’t much fun, is it? Sesame Workshop knows that too and they’re helping alleviate the tedium with a brand-new special – Elmo’s Playdate: Scavenger Hunt.
In what appears to be a psuedo-sequel to their previous at-home special, Elmo and Abby will encourage viewers to join them on an indoor scavenger hunt (using this handy-dandy worksheet). Along the way, they’ll encounter their fellow Sesame friends – such as Cookie Monster, Gonger, Bert, and Ernie – as well as special guests Amy Sedaris and Gabrielle Union.
Unlike the previous special which premiered on pretty much every platform and channel known to mankind, this special will instead premiere exclusively on HBO Max next Thursday, August 6th.
