The 2020 Primetime Emmy nominations are in, and Hollywood is abuzz with excitement for shows like The Mandalorian, Schitt’s Creek, and What We Do in the Shadows. But forget all of those critically acclaimed programs! We’re jazzed about the nomination for The Dark Crystal.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance has been nominated for Outstanding Children’s Program (despite not really being a children’s program, but I digress). It’s up against Star Wars Resistance and We Are the Dream: The Kids of the Oakland MLK Oratorical Fest. Those are three extremely different programs, so it’s anyone’s game.
Congratulations to the entire Age of Resistance cast and crew for this well-deserved honor!
The Emmy Awards will air on ABC on Sunday, September 20th at 8pm ET, and the Creative Arts Awards will air on FXX on Saturday, September 19th at 8pm ET.
