I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite minor Muppets Tonight characters was Big Mean Carl. And yes, I realize “minor Muppets Tonight characters” is not a very large pool to choose from, but suffice it to say I like him more than Gary Cahuenga, and just a little bit more than Thor, God of Thunder.
Carl hasn’t made many appearances since the show ended, so it’s an unexpected internet treat to see him again as the star of Muppet Studios’ newest original YouTube video, a delightful Muppety rendition of “Stand by Me.” Check it out.
