I’m not entirely sure how I feel about the phrase “life hack.” It seems to me we used to just call them “helpful hints,” or we’d just say, “Hey, here’s a tip: You can use baking soda to keep your fridge smelling fresh!” But we didn’t have to give them an edgy name like LIFE HACKS.
But I guess maybe I’m just an old fuddy-duddy, because now even Bert and Ernie are talking about some LIFE HACKS, all using paperclips. It happens in this new “Backyard with Bert” video on YouTube:
