The second set of auctions featuring the personal collections of Steve Whitmire are now online and ready for your bids!
As you may remember from our interview with Steve, he’s auctioning off a lot of his Muppet, Sesame, Henson and Fraggle stuff to benefit the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta. The money raised will help them build their upcoming permanent Jim Henson exhibit.
11 new auctions are now open, including more Kermit and Piggy stuff, a few lots featuring Ernie, and a few with some vintage Fraggle Rock merch. I don’t know about you, but I’ll be placing a few bids, so I’m secretly, selfishly hoping you guys don’t find out about the auctions so I can win. But I know, it’s a good cause and all that. The auctions will all be open until February 6th at 12:00pm ET.
