Bob McGrath, otherwise known as just Bob on Sesame Street, has entered the digital age.
Bob now has his own website, Facebook page, Twitter account, mailing list, and YouTube channel. It seems that if he can skydive at the age of 82, joining the world of social media is a piece of cake.
First off, there’s his new website, aptly registered at BobMcGrath.com. There, you’ll find the latest news, information about his many albums, resources for teachers, and more. My favorite part is his collection of photos, which include pictures from his childhood, from his time with Mitch Miller, from his career as a singing sensation in Japan, and from the early days of Sesame Street. They’re truly amazing, and worth poring over every one. Here are just a few:
