As awards season looms, we’re wondering where the love for the Muppets is. They had a big movie last spring, and now they’re not getting any Oscar love! (Not that Oscar gives anyone love… though I think we’re mixing our references). But that won’t deter us from celebrating all things film and all things Muppet with the return of our special movie-themed Muppet Vault!
Join us on Saturday, February 21st at 7:30pm (doors at 7:00pm) in Brooklyn, NY for Muppet Vault: Movies! We’ll be showing our favorite Muppet movie parodies, specials, and spotlighting some Academy Award-winning actors! It’s just in time for the Oscars, which air the following evening! And as always, we’ll have trivia, prizes, and drink specials. All that for only $8! That’s almost half the price of a movie ticket in New York City! I wish that was a joke.
The show will be held at Union Hall, located at 702 Union Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. The venue is near the 2,3,4,D,N, and R trains. So many options! Union Hall has a fully-stocked bar, food options, a fireplace, a library, and two bocce ball courts. And the floors are considerably less sticky than your average movie theater.
Unfortunately, due to the bar atmosphere, the Muppet Vault is only for fans 21 and over. So feel free to bring your parents, bring your grandparents, and bring your humble acceptance speeches.
Seating at Union Hall is very limited, so pre-ordering tickets is highly recommended. Click here to reserve your tickets now!
