I’m extremely excited to launch a brand new podcast for ToughPigs, ‘To Introduce Our Guest Star‘!
Over the next 10 weeks, Joe Hennes and I will be taking it in turns to surprise each other with guests from the world of The Muppets, Sesame Street and The Jim Henson Company. Inspired by the podcast Smartless, Joe and I genuinely have zero idea who each other are bringing on, which means that at all times, one of us is totally unprepared for any sort of interview. It makes each chat a lot more conversational, and we’ve found we’ve been able to cover a whole range of topics with each guest with ease.
In our very first episode we’re joined by Emilio Delgado, famous for his role as Luis on Sesame Street for over 40 years. We discuss the importance of Latina characters on television, the death of Mr Hooper, the work ethic of Jim Henson, and much, much more!
