One thing we’d really, really, really like to see come from The Muppets is audio releases of some of the songs heard on the show. How great would it be to hear Willie Nelson and The Electric Mayhem’s version of “On the Road Again”, or Piggy and Joan Jett duet on “Bad Reputation”?
As we heard on the season finale of The Muppets, Jack White covered Stevie Wonder’s “You Are the Sunshine of My Life”, and now you’re able to purchase the song either digitally or on vinyl (or both!).
Two versions of the song are available: Jack White with the Electric Mayhem, and Jack White with all of the Muppets. You can get it digitally on iTunes, and you can buy the 7-inch vinyl on the Third Man Records website.
