Meanwhile, in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, Sesame Street’s own theme park is still running strong.  Sesame Place is a small portion of Sesame Workshop’s library of franchises and services, and we admit to not knowing a whole lot about it.

Lucky for us, there’s a brand new book focusing on the history and spectacle of Sesame Place, which celebrated its 35th anniversary this year, hitting stores today.

The book features over 160 photos, many of which have never been seen before.  The photos are from the entire history of the park and over 50 different attractions, as well as the Sesame Place park in Texas and the Sesame Place pavilion at Expo ’90 in Japan.

Click here to order your copy of the book online, and keep an eye on ToughPigs for our inevitable review and interview with the authors!
