Kids of the 70s probably grew up watching two things – Muppet stuff and Schoolhouse Rock. And hey now, Disney owns both of those things! It’s synergy time, baby!
The Muppets have been announced as one of the many celebrity guests participating in Schoolhouse Rock! 50th Anniversary Singalong, which will air on ABC on Wednesday, February 1st at 8pm EST. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the special will feature various famous-type peoples doing new versions of classic Schoolhouse Rock ditties. The Muppets are set to perform “Unpack Your Adjectives” with comedian Fortune Feimster.
Boy, what I wouldn’t give to have “I’m Just a Bill” sung by Bill the Bubble Guy. Oh well, a man can dream.
