The Muppets Movie Adventures, the new video game for the Playstation Vita, has landed in the UK. So while we expect it to make it stateside soon enough, we’re also getting much more information about the game from our friends overseas.
First off, there’s a new video, so watch it below for some examples of the gameplay.
There are five levels within the overall game: “The Good, the Bad, and the Animal” featuring a gunslinging Animal, “The Koozebane Menace” featuring space cowboy Kermit the Frog, and three others for which we don’t know the names. There’s a pirate level, once again starring Kermit the Frog. There’s a fantasy level featuring an armored Miss Piggy. And there’s a level starring Gonzo as a Vampire Hunter.
Special cameos include Uncle Deadly, Constantine, Bunsen, Beaker, Rizzo, the Snowths, Pepe, and more. There’s no dialog from the characters, so you won’t be hearing the voices of Steve Whitmire or Dave Goelz or Bill Barretta.
There’s also a promise of three additional downloadable levels coming soon, including what may or may not be a level starring Fozzie Bear as a detective. Sadly, they missed their opportunity to make a Bear On Patrol game. That’s a big fail, Playstation.
