Can you believe it’s been over a year since our last spotlight on our artist-in-residence, Chris “Smig” Smigliano?? Well, he hasn’t been sitting on his hands (or, subsequently, his paintbrushes). He’s been busy with his own cartooning, including a healthy dose of politico, with the occasional piece of Muppet fan art.
