Disney Insider, the Disney+ docuseries showing how various Disney things get made, dropped a new episode today and hey, it features a section about the making of Muppets Haunted Mansion!
The segment interviews producer/writer/performer Bill Barretta, production designer Darcy Provost, and Imagineer/cameo guest star Kim Irvine about incorporating the various aspects of the attraction into the look of the special. It’s only a few minutes long, so it’s not as in-depth as we would like, but there’s a lot of neat parts showing concept art and even how they filmed the special against the LED screens. So, if you have Disney+ and eight minutes to spare, check it out!
