If you live literally anywhere else… our condolences.

The Museum of the Moving Image has just announced “Creatures from the Land of Thra: Character Design for The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance“, which will include concept art, maquettes, puppets, and behind-the-scenes images from the upcoming Netflix series.  Highlights include the Hunter Skeksis, the General Skeksis, a Fizzgig, and the All-Maudra and Seladon Gelflings, as well as a series of detailed maquettes, created by Toby Froud, which were used as models for the characters.

The exhibit will be on display from September 11th, 2019 through February 23rd, 2020.

And of course, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance will premiere on August 30th!
