Last year when we shared the incredible Great Muppet Mural with the work of over 70 Muppet fan artists, we immediately knew that we’d want to do more (and more and more) with all of these incredible illustrators, painters, and graphic designers. In this writer’s humble opinion, there were far too many folks represented in the mural who hadn’t yet been given a proper spotlight here on ToughPigs.
One of those talented folks is Danny Beckwith. In the mural, Danny provided gorgeous illustrations of Beverly Plume, The Luncheon Counter Monster, and Mad Monty (now there’s a sitcom I’d watch) – all of which you’ll see again here in this article. Beyond those three, Danny has created dozens of incredible pieces, mixing his talents for depicting beautiful landscapes and flora with his ability to capture the Muppet characters at their purest.
Beyond just the beauty, Danny has also created some incredible movie posters, Christmas cards, Muppets Haunted Mansion spotlights (which he created before the movie premiered – impressive!), and even some art inspired by Tales of the Tinkerdee. Plus you’ll see some of my favorites in this batch – posters promoting the National Parks with Kermit and Robin. You’re gonna love these.
