Great news for Fraggle Rock fans, and better news for those of us who still collect and rely on physical media. Season 1 of Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock will be released on DVD and Blu-ray.
The 3-disc set will contain all 13 episodes of the first season as well as the bonus episode “Night of the Lights,” all in high definition. Three episodes will contain commentary tracks with performers and Executive Producers John Tartaglia and Karen Prell. And it will also include a blooper reel and 4 sing-alongs.
This is such an exciting surprise. Not only is it a treat to see more Back to the Rock merchandise out in the world, but giving the show a physical release (which, as you know, is rare these days) will help get the show in front of more people who may not have access to Apple TV+.
The set will be available on November 19th, just in time for your holiday shopping (hint, hint).
