Well paint me green and shiver my timbers! The online Disney store (aka shopDisney) just added a bunch of Muppet merch!
Normally this wouldn’t be the biggest story of the week. But in recent years, Disney seems to be real hesitant to add Muppet stuff to their stores. Muppet merchandise has been mostly relegated to D23 member exclusives and hard-to-find limited pieces. The stuff found on shopDisney has been mostly print-on-demand and/or Muppet Babies related, and we’re just hungry for that sweet, sweet Kermit nonsense.
I mean, come on. The Muppets have had TV specials, TV series, and an ongoing theme park attraction. It’s about dang time.
Of course, not all merchandise is created equal. Some pieces feature extremely old Kermit posers, and others don’t feel quite so “new”, but hey – we’ll take what we can get! Here’s what’s new to shopDisney:
