The Dark Crystal will be turning the ripe old age of 40 this year! And while that still doesn’t make it as old as Aughra, it’s still worth celebrating. Preferably with other Dark Crystal fans.
The Jim Henson Company will be playing host to The Great Con-Junction – a two-day convention celebrating The Dark Crystal in Los Angeles, followed by a party at The Henson Company lot. The event will include lots of special guests (including puppeteers, designers, artists, and more), panel conversations with Lisa Henson and Cheryl Henson, lots of presentations by folks from various Dark Crystal productions, workshops, cosplayers, and lots more!
The event will take place on November 12 and 13, with the party being held on the evening of the 12th. Tickets range in price depending on which perks you’ll want to take advantage of, starting at $20 for individual events or $55 for a full-day of conventioning.
