Christmas is that special time of year when we all exchange gifts with our loved ones, spread peace and joy, and celebrate the wonder of the winter season. But it’s also when we expect to see a whole lot of Muppets on our televisions.
Miss Piggy just announced that she’ll make an appearance at The National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in Washington DC! It will be broadcast throughout December on PBS (check your local listings), and it will be available to watch online on December 4th.
But don’t take our word for it; here’s Piggy herself!

Other not-as-famous-as-Piggy people who will appear include Aloe Blac, Fall Out Boy, and Crosby Stills and Nash.
Kermit the Frog made an appearance at the NCTL back in 2011, and Abby Cadabby in 2013.
Stay tuned for the video link once we have it!
