Muppets. The Final Frontier. These are the Vaults of the Starship ToughPigs. Their mission: To present strange video clips, to give out prizes for obscure trivia, to boldly go where no Silly Creature has gone before!
Join us on Thursday, July 10th at 8:00pm (doors at 7:30pm) in Brooklyn, NY for Muppet Vault: Sci-Fi! We put together our sci-fi-themed show waaaay back in January, 2011, and we’ve just been waiting for an excuse to bring it back. We’ll be showing some of our favorite moments featuring aliens, robots, outer space, and the science fictional from The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, and various rare Muppet TV appearances and commercials. And of course, there will be Pigs. In space.
The show will be held at Union Hall, located at 702 Union Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. The venue is near the 2,3,4,D,N, and R trains. So many options! Union Hall has a fully-stocked bar, food options, a fireplace, a library, and two bocce ball courts. They can also make the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs.
Unfortunately, due to the bar atmosphere, the Muppet Vault is only for fans 21 and over. So feel free to bring your parents, bring your grandparents, and bring your malfunctioning robot sidekicks!
