According to our pals at The Muppet Mindset, the new Muppet movie has gone from “Not Yet Rated” to “Yep, We Have a Rating”! The Muppets will be rated PG for “mild rude humor”. I blame the fart shoes.
According to the MPAA, a PG rating indicates: “Parents urged to give “parental guidance”. May contain some material parents might not like for their young children.” Apparently the MPAA has low expectations for these parents who might object to showing the little piggies and froggies to their toddlers. Fascists.
