There’s something innately scary about the future. Anything can happen in the days to come. You could be thrown into a Russian gulag, you could be involved in an international crime spree, or you could end up walking down the aisle to marry the wrong person (or, frog). But there’s one thing that makes the future a little more tolerable, and that’s a series of 11″x12″ photos to be changed every 30 or 31 days.
Our friends at the Muppet Stuff blog have discovered that the 2015 Muppet wall calendar is now available for purchase. The calendar features a series of photos from Muppets Most Wanted.
And now here’s the part where I complain about stuff. One of my biggest problems with the Muppets Most Wanted campaign is that Disney couldn’t be bothered to shoot new photos with the puppets. Now, there’s one great photo (the cover image), which was the first Muppets Most Wanted picture we saw. But the rest of the calendar is filled with what looks like stills from the movie. So while I’m glad we’re getting a calendar of pictures that haven’t been seen in calendar-form before, I’m still disappointed that it’s essentially nothing new.
