Not to be outdone by the new Muppet Babies series, Sesame Workshop has announced that their next venture for the pre-preschool audience will be Sesame Babies!
Totally and completely different from Sesame Beginnings, this new series will do away with those boring adults and let the kids roam (or, toddle) free. The show will feature Baby Super Grover (who likes adventure), Baby Cookie Monster (who likes romance), Baby Big Bird (who loves great jokes), and Baby Oscar (Animal dance… wait, that one doesn’t work). Baby Bert and Baby Ernie will also be there (“and the rest!”).
Since these tykes are just tiny babies, they’re not allowed to play in the street by themselves. Instead, their world will be a small 5’x10′ room with a single window for them to witness the outside world!
We’re excited to see what this new series will entail, and how fans will completely lose their minds when they learn that it won’t include Baby Telly.
