As previously reported, the Muppets of Sesame Street “took over” ABC’s Good Morning America yesterday morning. A good time was had by all, including the anchors, who are never quite sure how to react to being upstaged by monsters and fairies and things.
So far we’ve seen two clips pop up on YouTube. First, the gang sings a variation of their theme song and Cookie Monster mistakes the camera for food (as he’s wont to do):
Next, Murray takes to the street to see if anyone can spell the last name of GMA co-host George Stephanopoulos (not to be confused with Snuffleupagus):
Also, there doesn’t seem to be a way to embed it here, but this clip talks about celebrity guests on Sesame Street past and future.
