elmomoneySesame Workshop is partnering with PNC Bank on a new educational campaign about money, called “For Me, For You, For Later.” Click here to check out the website, which includes videos, games and useful tips on how to manage moolah. You can also pick up a kit at your neighborhood PNC Bank. It’s presumably designed to help children understand the basics of saving, but it might be useful to some grown-ups too… Watching the videos has already made me consider that maybe I should be putting aside more money every month and spending less on cookies.

Other highlights include Luis making Elmo a piggy bank (out of an old jar, a very thrifty move), a pair of rapping penguins, and evidence that Sesame Street has its own unique currency:

hooperdollar

So if Mr. Hooper is on the one, who do you think is on the twenty?
