A new epic comic series sequel to the classic Jim Henson film, The Dark Crystal, begins this week!
“Beneath the Dark Crystal” will be a 12-issue maxi-series written by Adam Smith with art by Alexandria Huntington. The story will follow Kensho, who may be the new leader of the land of Thra. Naturally, we’ll expect to see a lot of references to the film, as well as the previous Dark Crystal comic series “The Power of the Dark Crystal”.
The first issue, in stores this week, will also feature alternate covers by David Petersen, Ramon Perez, and Dave McKean. Enjoy this preview!
