Clifford

 

Hey, Kerm. How’s Digit?

 

Kermit

 

Oh, well, he’s still in bad shape, but Lindbergh is giving him first aid.

 

Clifford

 

Wait a minute. Lindbergh is a TV repairman, a pipefitter, and a sheet metal worker.

 

Kermit

 

The perfect man to give Digit first aid! 

 

Clifford

 

Heh heh. I see what you mean!

 

Kermit

 

Yep.

 

Clifford

 

Hey, whatcha doin’?

 

Kermit

 

Oh, I thought I would check and see what was on the Heavy Culture Channel.  

 

Clifford

 

Hea-vy. Too heavy for me. 

 

[ Kermit punches up the Heavy Culture Channel. ]

 

 

 

[ A battlefield. A group of soldiers from various eras stand around awkwardly. ]

 

Anncr

 

And now, a dramatisation of Count Leo Tolstoy’s classic novel, War and Peace. This week, Part One: War.

 

    

 

 

[ The soldiers immediately start hitting each other with clubs. ]

 

 

 

 

[ After a few moments of violence, the soldiers all stop. They stand around, breathing heavily. ]

[ Back to the studio. Lindbergh pushes a babbling Digit into the control room. Digit tips onto Kermit, who rights him. ]

I don’t seem to be able to fix him.

 

Louie

 

Are you a doctor?

 

Lindy

 

Well, I’m an expert in first aid and plumbing.

 

Louie

 

If he dies, can you come in and take a look at my sink?
