It’s no secret that we’re big fans of t-shirt design contests. Between Mighty Fine’s Muppet contest, Threadless’s Muppet contest, Threadless’s Sesame Street contest, and The Jim Henson Company’s previous Fraggle Rock contest, we’ve done a lot of viewing, rating, and reviewing of Muppet fan art and shirt designs. And now it looks like Threadless is going for the hat trick with their own Fraggle Rock t-shirt design contest, now in progress.
If you’re an artist or graphic designer, click here to submit your design to the contest. The submission period is open until midnight on May 13, 2013. For the rest of us, we’ll have 7 days after May 13th to peruse and rate all of the designs. The winners will have their shirts printed and sold on the Threadless website, along with various prizes like cash, gift certificates, and your very own Doozer. That’s not one of our snarky jokes, you can actually win a Henson-built Doozer.
Time permitting, we’ll be offering our own judgmental reviews of the Fraggle contest submissions, so be sure to keep an eye out for those in a few weeks.
