In 1979, two guys from Cincinnati spent a year of their lives trying to convince the Hollywood elite to nominate a pig puppet for Best Actress. They called their organization CAMPO — the Committee to Award Miss Piggy the Oscar — and their campaign inspired tens of thousands of people to embrace the impossible. This is their story.
