Every year during the month of October, many talented artists stretch their talents with Inktober, a daily challenge that forces them to stretch their creativity and illustrate 31 pieces that show off their talent and love of the game.

Artist Bruce McCorkindale decided that his Inktober creations would be entirely Muppet-themed.  For every day in October, he mashed up the Muppets with famous films (mostly horror), and the results are amazing.  Even if you don’t know the movie reference, you’ll appreciate his deep dives into the Muppets’ cast of characters.

If you enjoy Bruce’s work, be sure to follow him on Twitter, and check out his graphic novel The Falling Man (written by Phil Hester).
