Muppet Scavenger Hunt #3

Family Reunions

Hey, anybody feel like doing another scavenger hunt? I sure do. I've still got a drawer full of cheap-ass prizes, and I'm itching to give 'em away.

Here's how it works: I give you a theme, and you send me as many pictures as you can find that fit that theme. This time, the theme is: Muppets with their relatives.

It's a pretty easy contest; just find pictures that fit that theme, and send 'em in. The trick is: If two people send in the same picture, then they cancel each other out, so you have to find pictures that nobody else has found.

The pictures can be photos or drawings, from absolutely anywhere, including movies, TV shows, books, merchandise, anything. (A good place to start is Google Image Search... but then again, I just told everybody else that, too.) Feel free to find any loopholes in the rules that you want; clever loophole-surfing will be respected and rewarded.

Points will be awarded according to the following categories. You get one point for each category if you send an unduplicated picture, up to five points. The top-scoring entrants will get the traditional Tough Pigs cheap-ass prize of random Sesame Street PVC's. (If this scoring system doesn't make sense, check out the last scavenger hunt for examples.)

The categories are:

#1. Kermit and his nephew Robin

   #2. Grover and his Mommy

#3. Gobo Fraggle and Uncle Traveling Matt

#4. Other Sesame Street characters with relatives

#5. Other Muppet Show or Muppets Tonight characters with relatives

[ Note for devoted Scavengerians: Category #3 has changed, since it turned out that the original category was kind of hard... ]

The pictures should have both the main character and the relative in it -- so a picture with both Scooter and his uncle JP Grosse would count; just sending a picture of JP Grosse wouldn't. As long as the character and relative are in the picture, it still counts; it doesn't matter if they're not the main focus of the picture.

Feel free to send as many pictures as you want... The more you send, the better your chances of finding an unduplicated picture -- or the better your chances of duplicating someone else's pictures, and knocking them out of the competition.

All entries should be sent to Danny@ToughPigs.com by Monday, March 10th. Let the family squabbles begin!
